Yes, we can sell these in-house. Otherwise you're welcome to buy one online here and we can post it out to you.
You're welcome to use it toward anything at Comma — bath house, a treatment or product. Vouchers are non-transferable.
Yes. All gift cards are valid for a strict period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, in line with consumer law. We do not offer personal exceptions or extensions for expired vouchers under any circumstances. If you are having trouble booking before your voucher expires, please contact us prior to the expiration date. In some cases, we may be able to assist you in using your voucher toward product purchases (additional shipping costs apply). Alternatively, vouchers are transferable and may be gifted to a friend or family member.
Yes. You’re welcome to redeem your voucher at either our Byron Bay or Melbourne location.
Please follow our regular booking procedure and mention you have a voucher in your booking notes. Your card will not be charged and you can use voucher in-house for payment.
