Word has it that this scent from Belgian-born Marie du Petit Thouars was inspired by trips to her family estate, recalled in the fragrance of the forest just after the rain. Woody, spicy, earthy and evocative, we're glad she bottled the memory.

Top: sandalwood, cedar wood
Middle: vetiver, nutmeg, cinnamon
Base: amber wood
Direction to use: Use roll-on perfume oil at any time you desire. Apply to pulse points (neck, chest and wrist).
Ingredients: Safflower oil, fragrances. Safflower oil contains linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid with moisturising properties. Paraben, sulphate and phlatate free.
